There are two conditions in life BBC (Before Butt Coals) and ABC (After Butt Coals).
In the BBC condition we walk about our work-a-day worlds heads downcast at a 30 angle with worry of any impending doom...an anticipated or unanticipated bill, illness or any misfortune.
After application of the Butt Coals, upon reaching the Nirvana state, one experiences enlightenment and an instantaneous 'girding the loins with strength'. The post-experience shows a ramrod straight back with eyes up cast to meet any challenge.
Your results may vary from the above, but, if Johnny Cash sings about it how can it not be true?!
