Jimmy, I don't have pix but can describe a couple things from when I swapped mine a couple years ago.
The studs act as guides to line up the pumpkin as you install it. They are incredibly helpful. I recommend that you 'borrow' a bolt from the top of the pumpkin so that you can match the threads (as I recall, they are fine threads) to make the guide pins before starting the project. Cut the heads off two matching bolts and you have your guide pins. Place them into two holes on the top of your axle housing, line them up with the mating holes of your pumpkin, then guide the pumpkin into position. Set the other bolts into the pumpkin, then remove the guide pins and replace with the regular bolts.
I made a cradle for my floor jack to install mine after I learned the hard way that I could not manhandle it into place while lying on my back. It was crude, but it worked. Subsequently, I bought the transmission jack from Harbor Freight shown in the attached link to change the clutch on my '57. (This jack worked like a champ with my SM420!)

Be sure to secure the pumpkin to some kind of a jack or support before you loosen it up. It will drop with a bang if you don't. (I know...I learned the hard way...I thought that I could support it...glad I still have my front teeth.) If you use this tranny jack, simply use wood shims and the strap to cradle the pumpkin while you remove it. You can refine your shims to get it level and straight once it is removed so that it is ready to reinstall.
