I removed the rear fenders from my 53 Suburban. Broke 5 bolts off. There is a couple of areas rusted through. I intend on using an epoxy product called Duramix to place a new piece of sheetmetal over the entire area where fender bolts on. I figure this would prevent warping that would occur if using a wire feed welder. Problem is, I cannot access the area behind the rusted area with my sandblaster. Any ideas for preventing future problems behind this panel? Also, any ideas for removing broken bolts?
Thanks in advance to all you Stovebolters

Guess I'll add a Dremel tool to my list of toys (always wanted one). Thanks, I'll try the Dremel and torch idea. Any ideas for the rust repair?

Heat the bolts to a cherry red and they should back out.
