Make sure it is the same diameter as the fan you are replacing. Make sure it won't hit a hose or a pulley as it turns. There is more offset to the back than a normal fan so check it for any interference. I have one on a 55-62 235 with no issues. Your set up may be different.

Why are you wanting to run one on your 235? The fan I had was cracked, so looking for a fan was sort of what can I find. Now I have a spare stock one, but changing it will require removing the radiator, so it might stay for a bit.
