Also doing the Fenton headers.
All goes together fine but the clearance from the intake to shifter levers is a problem.
I have three speed on the column.
the shifter levers are hitting the intake, I need 1/2 more clearance. Any ideas
Paul | | | | | Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 1,747 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 1,747 | If the bushings are good. You can bend the shift rods to get clearance. Not too tough to do. Just take some time and be prepared to adjust for changes in the length. Best to mark and remove to bend. That keeps the bend in the shift rods and not in unwanted places. I like to mark the area and direction of the bend before I remove the rod.
