It may be the front fender support…what make and year truck is this from?

I am sorry, I should have said that in my post.
It is a 1954 3600 long box.
I have a pair of supports on the back of the front fender as well as the back of the rear fender too, so it isn't that.

I think those go on the front hood bracket that holds the locking pin.
