I will be working on a AD GMC COE and the owner prefers the AD Chevrolet ribbed style front bumpers. He also wants to run the double front bumpers.

I have picked up two nice straight clean front bumper however the do not match? is there a difference in AD Chevrolet bumpers through the years?

Neither show signs of damage, how ever the curve is slightly different and the ends then do not match up?

Neal,

54 model has a depression and bolt holes/slots for license plate.
54 model COE may be pretty flat compared to conventional or earlier years, but I'm not sure.

Could be one bumper is bent from "use" even though it looks clean.

Neal, Is your customer aware that the GMC bumpers, and Chevy bumpers don't mount in the same manner ? Has he seen how my COE looks with doubled Factory GMC bumpers, with factory GMC Tow hooks ? Much cleaner look than two Chevy bumpers, in my opinion, plus alot easier to mount.

Spanky -- It may be me and my browser, but is your web shots link working correctly?

Hey guys, just gathering up what he wants. The current GMC bumper is twisted anyways. I have the end frame mounts and the support mounts to add the Chevrolet bumper.

So we will see how it goes.
