| | | | Joined: Aug 2015 Posts: 23 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2015 Posts: 23 | On my 1940, I have a three piece chrome accent strip attached to the dash which are held in place by a series of push thru metal studs which then turn 1/4 turn to hold in place. My question is how do I remove the rust from these or where can I find replacements??? already broke 1 stud on removal and driver side has 3 rusted to strip. Thanks for the advise, any help ......helps!
