Looking to make a box to hold jack, tire wrenches, spare oil, antifreeze, basic tools...

What do you guys carry with you for field fixes, and traveling preparedness?

feeler gauge (or a book of matches does the trick), the original tool kit that came with the truck, and the hand crank for the 216, original flashlight that attaches to the steering column...that is all. I don't carry a jack only bcs my truck never came with a spare tire, just a rim

I made 2 simple wooden boxes out of 1X12s to fit under the seat. I have a jack, jack handle and 4 way lug wrench on one side and a canvas tool bag on the other side.
I made notches on the top of the boxes to secure the jack handle and the 4 way wrench to keep them from rattling around.
