in his garage with por15 (good stuff) but one
thing he did not do was put enough ground sheets
down..(he's a first timmer).Well the overspray
came down and discoloured part of his floor.
Is there anyway he can clean this up?
any and all information would be greatly
appreciated.

The specs say to absolutely NOT spray this paint because of some very SERIOUS health side effects. Apparently the stuff can turn you lungs to stone with a single breath and should NEVER be sprayed. Your son might do better reading the can next time. (If there is a next time for him)

On raw concrete I'll bet muriatic acid is your only hope - etch off the top layer. Have you considered just epoxy painting the whole floor? Try some lacquer thinner, it's your only hope short of muriatic acid.
