I found a better tailgate for the 55.1. I went to remove the old one and had some fun trying to loosen the 2 bolts at the hinging disc thing. The disc seems to keep turning when I try to loosen the bolt that holds it on the body. There is a keyway on the disc....Is there a tool or something to hold back on while turning the bolt? I got it apart, but broke the old tailgate doing it.

When I put the new one in, is there something I can do to prevent this problem if I want to take it apart again? - Thanks - Scott

You might want to apply some anti-seize compound to the bolt before you screw it back in.
