Hello Bolters? Anyone have a NAPA part number for a 3800 seal? I took mine off and can't find a mumber on it. I guess I could mic it?

Assuming it is the same on 48's then front seal 40973 is what was in my front hub.

Thanks - I have to assume it is. Got any pictures of your ride? Sounds interesting - Joe

No pics yet other then the one lone picture of a rust truck I am working my way through.

If I can ever get past the hot day and chemo sickness I get the front axle rebuilt and upgraded to disk brakes then I can start on body work and paint. But the frozen bolts seem to be making life really slow when I do get the odd chance to work it.

At least with the chemo I have a lot of time on the computer researching things.

My thoughts are with you on the chemo. You will find no better resource for these trucks than this website. Please keep in touch, and remember.....Rust never sleeps. - Joe
