Ok Russ,
You should have a weatherstrip between the outer door and the glass called affectionally the "cat's whisker". This is usually stapled to the stainless door trim around the window. The inner weatherstrip is a rubber piece about 24 to 30 inches long which is installed in a slot just below the inner glass frame. Buy two from Jim Carter, Chevy Duty or American Classics and put them in. Here's how to do it:
Wind the window until you can see the slot welded to the outer skin of the door. Remove any old rubber with a pair of needle nose pliers. Get some WD-40 and spray the hell out of the track from left to right. In the center of the track is a opening which has a small flange in the bottom. Take the pliers and bend the flange down towards the bottom of the door. Spray the new rubber with WD and with the pliers, insert it in the center groove and move it completely to the left. Then take the right end and put it in the center slot and move it fully to the right. That's it and now you have an inner window glass scraper! Good luck. Don't forget to bend the center flange back up.
