Did AD trucks have a accessory clock available for their cabs. I ask because I have found one for sale. It appears to mount on top of dash between the 2 gauges. It looks great.

What year?

A clock was a factory accessory for only 1954/55 Advance-Design and New Design trucks.

Just to show how smart I am at times; I had a 55.1 that I was using the cab off of and had all the guys look at how someone had contoured a 39 Chevy tail light housing to fit the dash and hold a clock. Figured he'd done a heck of a job. LOL

The guy on Ebay does sell a 47-53 style bezel that looks just like Tims link. In fact, I saw a 1950 with that very piece mounted in a truck in KC last August. I personally don't like the look of it, but if I did, I wouldnt put a clock there, I would put a Tach there. If you tell him its for the earlier AD years, he will make it for you. Pricey.
