on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 338 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 338 | I'm looking for the part that the door glass sits in and attaches to the window regulator.
The 53 has a split window with the vent.
I believe that this is called a window sash but I'm not sure.
Anyone know where to find one? | | | | | Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 2,200 Insomniac | | Insomniac Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 2,200 | Did you ever find your window sash? None of the suppliers seem to have them. I checked Chevy Duty, Bowtie bits, Chevs of the 40s, Filling Station, American Classic. Hopefull I'll get a pair locally, but I havent' had a chance to go up and get them.

In the meantime I will think about how to make some new ones. It's basically a U channel to hold the glass welded to a C channel for the actuator to slide in...
