Still need help I purchased a hood bumper kit for a 1966 c30 chevy original mounting holes must have been covered up with body work anyone know where the rubber blocks go or the two little rubber rivets any help would be greatly appreciated

There are rubber blocks at the back of the hood, attached to L-brackets, then two at front just outboard of the park lites. I can go measure later, but it is storming pretty bad right now & I ain't going out for a while. Brian

Thanks Brian I can't put them on in the rain either do the angle brackets face in torwards the motor and are the front ones on the sides by the fenders or the front above the rad I appreciate the help when you can get to it

If you remove the cowl corners you will see where the rear angle brackets face, you will have to remove them to replace the rubbers(two bolts). The front hood bumpers hit right about where the fenders meet the grill support. Its still raining here, sposed to quit today, flooding around, some places have gotten 5 inches rain past couple days.

OK, waded out to the shop today, we have gotten like 6 inches rain, some araes up northwest corner got 12" major flooding there. Those front bumpers are 2 inches in from outer edge of hood, on bottom lip about 1/2 inch from rear edge. Brian

jeez I thought the man upstairs had it in for us Canadians way up here with the crappy weather but looks like you guy's are getting it as bad as us this has got to stop because it cutting into my work schedule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
