There were no 3/4 ton panels in 1949/50.
There was a 1/2 ton with 6 lugs and a 1 ton with 8 lugs.

The 6 lug bolt pattern was used on Chevy trucks from about the 30's til now. Some years just on 4X4 and 5 lug on 2X. Cars had 6 lug also but not sure of BC. 6 on 5 1/2, in the metric era, is known as 6 on 139.7

I should have known better. My 2004 3/4 ton Silverado has 8 lugs.
It would be lodgical the 6 lug are 1/2 ton.
But, I had to ask just to be sure.

Prewar 3/4 tons were 6 lug, and I believe that '46 was the last year for those (I may wrong about that). With later model trucks, there are 6 lug 3/4 ton trucks in the '88-'98 body style (my Dad actually has an '88 2500 that's 6 lug), as well as some 8 lug 1/2 tons in the '99-'06 body. So your question isn't necessarily invalid.
