I used paint stripper for all of the thick stuff but it obviously does not remove rust. So I am having to revist several spots with the sander/grinder/wire wheel/3m Disc. Some areas are being particularly stubborn as is they dont come off. Some of these areas are like stains and I can figure out what they are or what may have caused them.
After attacking the vigorously some remain and the area becomes too hot to touch so I am being careful but am becoming frustrated with removing them.
They are smooth to the touch.
If I remove as much of these marks as possible and then use a product such as picklex or some other under my Dp90lf will I be Ok?
