I'm trying to rebuild/fix my original seat. The springs in the bottom are pretty shot and my seat guy is a bit stumped re replacement parts. The frame is OK, but looking for suggestions on replacing/rebuilding bottom springs. Filling Station is the only place that has a kit and its pricy. Any ideas? Is there a make/model of newer seat that fits well? Thanks!!!

You may be able to get some replacement springs from the vendor below.

Keep in mind that each spring row has springs of different height and number of coils. If I recall correctly, the wire diameter of the perimeter springs are heavier gauge than the center springs.

There are a few threads about later model seats in the 39-46 cabs. My 42 has a 99-2000ish GM 3rd row. Still figuring the mounting though. Fits great and very comfy
