The pin stripes are just simple, single lines, and are a very light green. Would they have been original? Even if not, I like them and will try to reproduce them. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 1,705 back yard wrench turner | | back yard wrench turner Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 1,705 | Mine had them also even though it was blue. On the cars the upper body detail line was striped from front to back. The stripe color is Gigolo Green for a Brewster Green body color. I don't know if the wheels were striped or not. Car wheels were striped. Front Wheels

Will try to find a match for the stripe color. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 62 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 62 | Hoff; Here is what I did on my 1939 Chev Suburban with the same colours as yours. Go to your local parts store and purchase some strip decals, get one with 2 stripes and about 3/16,s gap between the stripes.Any colour will do since it will be scrap when you are done. Lay the strip around your cab and make sure it lays flat and firm on the body. The remove the outer cover. Now paint your Gigalo Green striping. When it's dry remove the 2 stripes and you are done. You may want to move the very front of stripes and place them down to a point. If this seems confusing, send me an e-mail and I will send a photo of my work.I also added stripes to my wheels.
