Starting down the restoration trail... my truck has original 19.5" wheels, which look kinda "Tow-mater" authentic, but cant seem to find any leads on hub caps and wanna know what y'all think about going to a smaller wheel size?

Goal is a very original truck - for ice cream and social runs.

Thanks! GiG

If you have 19.5" wheels already I'd for sure keep them. If you don't like them I'll gladly take them.

Will the stock 3/4 and 1 ton hub caps not fit? Do you need to install clips so they will fit?

I really like the retro look of the 19.5, but the largest 3/4T hubcap I've found is like 9", which barely covers inner bolt drpression. Got no problem creating tabs, but just too small

Do you have any pictures?
I've seen 19.5" wheels with original AD hub caps on them, and I have some of those wheels with clips already.
perhaps you have an odd/uncommon design 19.5" wheel?

Here is a pic of the tabs that would allow a hub cap...just didnt expect them to be inside the ring
