Wipers work but pretty slow. Any suggestions for improvement? Probably won't see much rain but in case?

Slow wipers and a goofy temperature gauge? Anything else acting up? Have you checked the voltage available?

Have not checked voltage available, but everything else seems normal. There are a lot of extra wires with single in-line fuses; I'm assuming something to do with Camper Special?? Where is best place to check voltage available - each instrument, or one single point?

if the starter works well, and the headlights work properly, the problem is not "voltage available" unless you have a really poor connection at the wiper or switch, in which case that connection will be getting very hot .... does moving the switch give multiple speeds?

You can start at the fuse block. Look for the correct fuse. Work your way up to the panel or wiper switch itself where the 12V comes in. Check at the individual gauges, or wiper motor. For any electrical issue, take it step by step.

Hy Farmone and guys, The wiper motor has power with the ignition switch in run or accessory position, the switch provides ground to the circuit, so make sure the switch is grounded to the dash and the cab has a good path to ground, hope that helps.

I cleaned and lubed the linkage and got a significant improvement, but no difference in wiper speed between low and high. I think I will replace the switch
