| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | it could be a 45, because back in the day vehicles were dated by the date of first sale, not the mfgrs model year .... also, the 42-46 vehicles were really all sequential production of the same design, so a 45 was really assembled with 'leftover' parts, there was nothing new until the last year [46] of the Deco or Victory design .... the 42-45 trucks were all "B" models [BK for a 1/2T], what will tell the approximate year of assembly will be the unit serial number [rough guess from this list] Bill | | | | | Joined: Jul 2014 Posts: 5 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jul 2014 Posts: 5 | Ok great, I appreciate the information.
