I have no pedals at all right now, just the engine and tranny on the frame.
I do have the original pedal assembly. I need power brakes and a hydraulic clutch but am totally lost on how to get a hydro clutch setup with the stock pedal assembly or how to get a slave on the 216 bellhousing.

I don't know if this link will work or not but on page 16 there's a picture of what it looks like and it says they make this kit for stock frames: http://www.artmorrison.com/2006cat/2014catalog.pdf This hydraulic slave cylinder might be able to be modified to work on your I6 bell housing.
