Of course he did nothing prior to parking it, besides hitting a large roundabout and damaging the diff. Anyway the goal is only to get it started to help sell it. I'm thinking WD40 down the plug holes, clean fuel, new oil, battery, clean plugs and points, perhaps even some aero start down the carb. Will turn it over without plugs etc prior to adding spark. Any other ideas guys. Thanks in advance.

You've covered everything that I can think of. Don't know as to how concerned I would be about changing the oil until after I got it running, and before I did anything else I would pull the plugs and see if I could bar the engine over by hand, otherwise you'll be wasting your time.
