Can someone offer some advice on how to remove the steering wheel horn button on my 46 1/2 ton? The service manual doesn't have anything and a Google search comes up empty.

Thanks,
Dave

Its right hand threaded. Just unscrew it like a nut. Then there is cup that is held in place by a ring. Just open up the ring and the bottom cast piece will be free of the steering wheel. That last part is by memory is it might not be exact.

Dave,
If you still have the original steering wheel and horn set-up, the horn button has a short bolt attached to the inside cap. The cap has to be turned (unscrewed ) to remove.
Check this site to see photos.

Thanks to both of you for the info! I wouldn't have figured that out without breaking something.
