The lower panel located between the "b" post -(locking jam) and the beginning of the back wheel opening is rusted out . I don't have a roller so its going to be by hand .Was thinking of cutting a plywood form to match the curves to hammer agents. Looking for any ideas to make it sampler. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 323 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 323 | I've got a 37 with the same issues. Check out Allmetalshapeing.com

May give some insight... but you should be able to add the bead detail with a hammer form/corking tool, bead roller, reciprocating machine, etc. While on the site do a search for "whackformer". It's a lo-buck tool used to duplicate the forming accomplished by a reciprocating machine (ie: Pullmax) http://www.allmetalshaping.com/showthread.php?t=7636 | | |
