These are clutch-head screws, a newfangled innovation in their time. Most vendors do sell screwdrivers and heads, but check your local NAPA store. The guy at my NAPA turned me on to that info, I guess they use clutch heads on campers and stuff quite a bit too. My NAPA didn't have any, but the local RV place did. Just another option.
