They are the hard fiberglass, I think...haven't seen one yet. They are approx. $120.00/140.00. I could get a hand-fit 'custom' fabric/naugahide one put in for that. I remember the difficulty of installing the chipboard headliner in my '50 about 10 years ago. You had to make sure the bow was well opened to allow the liner to fit inside. I have noticed that over the years, the headliner has shrunk (typical paper product) due to the combination of hot summers and wet winters. Now it has pulled away at areas I originally trimmed during installation. Fiberglass might be the way to go.

I have covered some & painted some. it's what ever the customer wants. i have one in the shop now, that i have fiberglass it in for a smooth look, it will be painted the same as the truck.

It fits nicely, and has the look of an original. It is one piece.
