| | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 20 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 20 | I took my heater apart and bead blasted all the parts and painted it ,got a new Heater core (expensive) and 12 volt motor. Now, I am in the process of putting it all together. My question is I cannot find a breakdown of the heater assembly . I have the service and factory assembly manuals but no luck. I was wondering if there was a separate manual for accessories? Any suggestions ? I can figure it out I just like to have a reference handy.

He has put together a very good pictorial of assembly that will get you everything with the exception of the fresh air door on the front, Another minor flaw is he will send you for sheet metal screws which are incorrect.
