This can't be that complicated! Running, Stop, Turn, and 4-Ways in the same housing chrome or stainless, glass blue dots, 1157 and 1156 bulbs, 7 wire, 12V conversion. I'm too old school to go LED! This is probably one of those stupid questions that you shop sharks answer over and over but, I had to ask. I hope I didn't offend anyone but, as long as I have, may I also ask if there is anyone on the planet today that can supply quality, real stainless steel conduit? Not the cheap chromed crap that is now being passed off as the real thing. Suggestions?

Look different at night, and most likely [censored] off the local police. With a blue dot in a red tail light you get a sort of purple tail light. Not quite blue enough to get you a ticket but visually different. My buddy loves them. I just think they are one more place for water to get into the light. Personal preference.

It is used to indicate that the shop is 'open'.
