Looking into putting independent front suspension on my 54 3600.
wondering if anyone has any experience with this and if so what kit did u use

There's no 8 lug kit out there. So if you want to do a 5 or 6 lug conversion, any kit for a 3100 truck will work. The 3600 and 3100 have the same dimensions on the front end.

I can't recommend any off hand. I've never done one. Seems like Fat-Mans and Heidts are the more popular ones.
