It sucks but that is the only way I could get it done. I couldn't do it by myself... Good luck!

I've never used the cloth wire loom, but the stuff we use at work is just like it ( just made of plastic). It acts like a chinese finger trap, the more you pull the loom the tighter it gets.
If you push the loom over the wire it seem to work better than trying to pull the wire through the loom. If it gets tight try compressing the loom together, it should expand and allow the wire to move freely.
Hope that helps more that it confuses.

I think I misinformed Mike....while I pull wire occasionally through conduit and do use a wire pulling lube, I don't think this item was primarily meant for a cloth loom. I think CenTex had the right idea on the 'finger trap' scenario.
