I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I am having a hard time finding GOOD wiper blades for my truck. I have ordered blades from 2 different venders and have gotten the same crap both times. The blades are mounted with cheap light duty attachments that will bend and get very loose. The first ones that I had on there got loose in the rain one day and came completely off going down the road. I then bought some arms and blades thinking that I would be getting better quality. I was wrong. They were just like the last ones although they haven't swarmed on me yet. Since my other vehicle is a motorcycle, I really need reliable wipers. What do you all do for wipers. By the way they are 12" blades so you can't just go to K-Mart and pick up replacements.

What I do is buy high quality wipers that are double the size of my present wipers and cut them in half (width wise of course) to make two sets of blades. I then pull the old out and thread the new in. Takes some time but works well.

Thanks for the replies. I couldn't find them online at napa so if all else fails I am going to drill a small hole and put a bolt through the assembly to keep it from coming loose again and use your plan of cutting my own. That is still faster that waiting on UPS to deliver the inferior reproduction parts from a vendor.
