I read you guys discussing Ground straps. And you know about my gas sender problems..Just a hunch here . I went out and looked at my strap grounds..I have 1 from the Battery connected to the body (right behind the battery) and there is 1 connected to the body down by the starter and connects to the starter..is this correct..

Yes. They should be good heavy cables. It,s a good idea to put one from the fire wall to a front fender. This can be 12-14 gauge.

My front fender is hanging on the wall..does that countLOL...Do you mean just a skinny 12 to 14 guage..Right from the fire wall to the fender..Not a big heavey duty Battery thickness cable?? Correct...
