It's not that the product is flawed, it's just the best they had for that purpose in those days, and we choose to use the same as what was originally used. I bet the guys on the production line had no problem putting them in. 1946 GMC Pickup - S-10 Frame, 455 Buick, TH400, original patina. My 46 GMC on Photobucket
