Well, are both of these on the front passenger pad? In the VIN code, the CE is a Counter Engine or Crate Engine (warranty replacement). 5 could be 1965, N Norwood, Ohio. In the engine ID (if that is what it is) S is Saginaw Service, Jan 15 (no year). Do not find XTD, it is some special code for warranty engine. XTD seems to only appear on CE "service" engines. Casting= 62-63 327 2 bolt/250 HP. Look up the head symbol on the front ends of heads, head cast no would be interesting also. Most likely a mixture of parts and years to make a replacement engine.
