Thanks pfarber. I am pretty sure the inner axle splash seal is letting gear oil into the knuckle. I have those seals and have just ordered a pair of knuckle seal kits from Memphis Equipment Co. Want to buy new kingpin bearings. Also shim sets from Vehicles of Victory. Just recently found copy of the TM9-1765A from 9th Infantry Division
