| | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy roadpooch, six volt coils do not need to have internal resistors or have external resistors mounted in front of them, I have never seen a six volt coil with a built in resistor. Perhaps the writing on the coil you saw was meant to be a warning not to install a ballast resistor, hope that helps. | | |
