Agreed, pressure bleeding is the way to go.
However, if you don't have access to a pressure bleeder setup, vacuum bleeding is second best. Hook the vacuum to a bleeder jar and starting at the furthest wheel, just suck the fluid through. Keep an eye on the fluid level in the MC. If it runs low and pulls air you are starting all over again and it's a lot easier to pull the vacuum on empty lines.
