About 30 years ago the cheapest place to get stuff was a junk yard, salvage yard. Around here, what's left of them, charge to enter and their prices are way high. I guess many parts of the country they are still cheap, but not here. "Highway robbers". Craigslist is the place to get parts and sometimes ebay.(but shipping always kills you on ebay)
