If you click on the first pick and look real close at numer 3 piston, you can see a very light smiley face. The rest of the pistons, show no sign of the valves hitting.

#6 cylinder, (the one with the stuck valve) was stuck open, so you can see where it was hitting the piston.


So do I need all the pistons fly cut? Or, was this just an installation issues with #'s 3 & 6 valves?

Well it quickly becomes a what came first issue, "The chicken or the egg." If the valve stuck in the guide, the piston hit the valve because it was open when it should have been closed, and the guide is at fault(too tight). If the piston hit the valve because of inadequate P to V clearance due to machine work causing it(head milled a lot, or valve seat too high in head, etc...), then yes, reliefs in the pistons will need to be cut to compensate. You just need to determine which infraction is occurring to make the correct fix.
