If it's solid after 60 years why are you worried about it? You
planning on living another 60 years?
There wasn't all that much paint in there even when it came from
the factory. The secret to the longevity of those cab corners
is that the drains have been kept open and no one stuffed old
rags, mud, extra socks, left hand gloves and what'all down
there that could hold moisture.
I would just use a 1" brush dipped in the paint cup right before
you shoot the inside and swish it around in there. Taint all
that tight or deep of a pocket.
