So I'm about to start prepping my 49 can and clip for paint. What safety and health concerns are there with the old paints? Were any lead based or did they only use that in old house paint?
I will use the obvious niosh dust mask and gloves, and old clothes. I have two little ones and don't want to contaminate them. I have a washing machine in the shop for work clothes, so I can leave coveralls in the shop and not wash along with their clothes. Just want to be safe around them. Thoughts
