Yes, that spring. The spring will not simply drop into the hole in the bracket/toe panel. But, it will thread in easy enough.
Went home for lunch and assembled. Only "improvement" I am going to make over factory is to use a thicker nylon spacer in lieu of part #351469 (
diagram ). The spacer will be thicker to take the side to side motion out of the parking brake "lever" and hopefully eliminate a potential rattle point.
