thankyou for that picture...I have that piece with the throttle cable going through the area that is described...but I'm missing a spring I think...on the lever that meets up with the carb...as if now you step on the pedal and it stays on the floor...I have no return....so I think there is a spring attached somewhere. On the arm leading up to the carb....I have a bracket attached on the long shaft....it looks like a spring attaches there and then attaches down by the motor somewhere...
