Beaver 53 Shop Shark B Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 483 Azle Texas	I'm thinking that a 6 volt switch coil/resistor would be overloaded after time and may burn up. The resistor is desiged to disipate a certin amount of heat at 6vdc not 12vdc.
