I don't have any numbers off of it, but it has the unity namecrest on the top and it has the remains of a white handle. I probably shouldn't even be looking for parts, but rather a good used one because mine is rusty and missing everything but the basic light housing and rod. The switch doesn't move either. I probably need a good used one because I found new ones from
