I guys I'm looking for some help. I just bought a 53 Chevy 3600. I'm trying to figure out what the best route for me to go on the truck. I've got front and rear sections of s10 frame and 73 Trans Am. I like a low long cruiser, small block 350, 700r4 and the T/a 10 bolt. I would like to eventually bag this truck. It is currently not drivable. I've got a small fabrication shop in my garage, no fear of welding or fabricating. I was originally planning to do an s10 front clip and then full box frame. Scott Danforth's crossmember is also an option. I'd like to use as much as I have already. I know some of this has been covered before and people are going to recommend an MII crossmember but I don't want to have to remember all of the parts that are made of these kits. Also the Ford and Chevy, car on truck no good. Thanks everyone.
