Nothing binds on these. The wipers actuate just right. In my mind I am thinking in need to adjust when the contact opens to kill power. If my park is up and the first action takes the blades down I would think adjusting the hub so the blades are parked down will just bind the arms since the action is trying to go down more. I need a call for the wipers to start in an upward motion, opposite of what mine are doing now. I checked, this is a Newport motor. I will have to crawl under the dash and look.
